Before you rely on the result: Not validated in children, in acute hepatitis or in pregnancy. BSG raises the low-risk cut-off to 2.0 over 65, which this page cannot apply. The UK cut-offs are BSG, not NICE: NG49 recommends the ELF test at 10.51 and does not use FIB-4.
