🪶 Whisper
The scribe that makes every consultation count.
- From the words you already said, in this order:
- The note: written while you talk, with its SNOMED term.
- Ask Expert: your question answered from UK guidance, with the source.
- Patient text and letter: drafted from the note, with the NHS leaflet.
- CPD and case review: for your appraisal and portfolio; SCA feedback for trainees.
Free consultations. No card. Audio deleted after the note.
Try it now, no sign-up: Try Whisper here. A whole consultation, start to finish.

How Whisper protects your patients
- Your patient agrees first. Recording starts only after you confirm your patient has agreed, and the time they agreed is saved with the consultation.
- You approve every note. Every note is a draft. You read it, change anything you want and approve it before it goes into the record.
- Your audio is deleted, and we can prove it. The recording is used once, to write your note, then deleted. It is never used to train AI models. We record the moment each deletion is confirmed.
- Kept in the UK and EU. Transcription and note writing run on European infrastructure, so consultation data stays in the UK and EU while it is processed.
- No patient names. No patient name is stored with any note. You can delete any note at any time, and closing your account erases your history.
- Your note is not lost. If the page closes or the connection drops, Whisper still finishes the note, and it waits in your History.
Built for UK general practice
- SNOMED codes from the NHS source. Codes come live from the NHS England Terminology Server, never written by AI, so a code cannot be invented. A queried diagnosis is left uncoded.
- Any mix of languages. Consult in English, Arabic or a mixture. The note comes out in structured English, with medicines and doses carried across.
- For GPs and other registered clinicians. Built for UK general practice, and for registered healthcare professionals in NHS and private clinics: GPs, doctors, nurses, physiotherapists and others.

The matching topic
The Ocean topic for the problem you saw, with At a glance and the continuing professional development (CPD) you can claim for reading it. Nothing about the patient is shared.
Your Clinical Case Review
Answer two questions and Whisper writes the review from your note, ready to send to FourteenFish.
CPD, ticked off
Everything this consultation can count towards, in one list. GPs can add a patient’s unmet need or a doctor’s educational need (PUN or DEN) in two questions.

Why Whisper?
Most scribes write the note. Whisper writes the note, answers your clinical questions as you go, and turns each consultation into learning for your continuing professional development (CPD) and portfolio. Like other scribes, Whisper drafts your consultation note for you to review, drafts patient texts and letters from the note, and is registered with the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) as a Class I medical device, UKCA marked. Some scribes also offer what Whisper includes as standard: live transcription, with the words appearing as they are spoken; clinical questions answered inside, from UK guidance with the source; SNOMED codes looked up live from the NHS England Terminology Server; CPD logged for every consultation; a Clinical Case Review, a patient’s unmet need or a doctor’s educational need (PUN or DEN) drafted for your portfolio; consultation feedback for GP trainees against the Simulated Consultation Assessment (SCA) marking sheet; consent confirmed before recording, with the time saved; the recording deleted after the note, with the deletion time recorded; and processing in the EU, with nothing used to train AI. None of the six scribes checked publish the matching clinical topic, with At a glance, drawn from the note itself, or the clinical library, AKT Compass, AceTheSCA and CPD Hub on the same account. Other scribes: what six scribes sold in the UK publish on their own websites, checked on 18 October 2026.
What colleagues ask us first
Is Whisper a medical device?
Yes. Whisper is registered with the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) as a Class I medical device. It drafts the note, and you check and approve it before it goes into the record.
Does it work with EMIS and SystmOne?
Yes. Copy the whole note, or one section, and paste it into your clinical system. The SNOMED row shows the code that matches each problem.
What do I tell my patient?
Before every recording, Whisper shows you the words to say. Recording starts only once you confirm the patient agreed. If they would rather you did not record, you write the note the usual way.
What does Live change?
With Live on, you see the words as they are spoken, and the note starts the moment you press Finish. Live transcription, the words on screen as you speak, uses two consultations.
Where is my consultation processed?
In the UK and EU. The recording is deleted once the note is written, and nothing is used to train AI models.
What happens when my free consultations are used?
Choose a plan. Its consultations renew every month, and you can change or cancel it at any time.
Your map to GP learning starts here.
